He is in charge of designing tasks for the whole expedition as well as the creation of ice routing software, expedition spaces, ice tank tests, and itineraries. With a lifelong passion for adventure, he has guided all kinds of expeditions on foot, by sled, on skis, in kayaks, and underwater.

After a life-changing experience in Greenland, he embraced the motto ‘Only weather and ice are masters’, delving into indigenous cultures and traditional techniques. Today, he pioneers adventure tourism by co-creating experiences with indigenous communities and fostering scientific collaboration in polar and tropical regions. With over 30 years of living among indigenous communities and leading 200+ expeditions worldwide, his expertise runs deep.
