THE BARGE
To guarantee you the best feeling as you explore France, we will provide a luxurious barge where you will stay for seven days as you enjoy a fantastic cruise. This 39m river vessel can accommodate 8 guests and is equipped with the finest furniture and modern amenities.
You can rest on deck as you watch the sunset or marvel at the wonders of nature as the waves ripple against your barge. There are four cabins on this barge, each with its own bathroom, a large king-sized or twin bed, a wardrobe, armchairs, a bedside table, and a dressing table for your utmost convenience. When you want to relax and have some fun with your co-travelers, you can visit the lounge or general dining area and take a glass of champagne or enjoy a tasty meal.

DAY 4 - Get set to be amazed by the ancient architecture of the Chateau de Sedan

Once the largest fortress in Europe, this humongous building which covers over 35,000 square meters was erected over 400 years ago. On your visit to the castle, you will witness firsthand the splendor of middle age architecture. Its over 7-meter-thick walls tell a deep story that dates back to the 15th century. For sure, the Chateau de Sedan is a must see on your visit to Champagne.
DAY 5 - Palais du Tau
Home to the former archbishop and bearing a stark resemblance to 18th century gothic buildings, this UNESCO World Heritage Site plays host to some of Reims most prized possessions. Some of the things you can find at the Palais du Tau on your trip include, a 9th century talisman and a golden chalice as old as the 12th century.

DAY 6 - Walk down memory lane by visiting Champagne-Ardenne’s historical sites
Champagne-Ardenne is a historical landmark of one of the most defining global events, World War II. You can take a walk with hundreds of other travelers as you look around this city and immerse yourself in its rich heritage.
DAY 7 - Spend Time in the City of Troyes
You could also visit Troyes, a town whose history dates back to the Renaissance period, and look at its ancient cobblestone houses. The City of Troyes is among the must see locations in the Champagne Region of France. This old city with its half-timbered buildings has several striking sites that will most certainly amaze you.

DAY 8 - Visit the wine cellars of Moët & Chandon
The wine cellars of Moët & Chandon are located under the Avenue de Champagne in Epernay. This treasure trove, the largest network of underground wine cellars in the Champagne region, preserves the memory of the talent and work of generations.
Enter the 28 km of underground tunnels, the oldest of which dates back to the foundation of the company in 1743.
The bottles of the most famous vintages are kept well protected here. In the half-light, the guide leads the way through the intersecting tunnels, each slightly different from its neighbours.
Moët & Chandon hosts all types of receptions in the sumptuous setting of its wine cellars. The Napoleon Vault offers a unique atmosphere in an exceptional location, and is ideal for gala dinners, cocktails, parties, etc. It’s a magical place in which Jean-Rémy Moët, the then mayor of Epernay, received the Croix de la Légion d’Honneur award from the hands of Napoleon, his friend and loyal client.
Above the wine cellars, in the magnificent Moët & Chandon vineyard, the nineteenth-century Orangerie opens onto an elegant garden, which is perfect for holding special events. The heart of champagne beats in these historic locations. An essential visit for wine enthusiasts!
DAY 9 - Basilique St-Remi
On the 9th day we have reserved the day for you to relax on the barge, including tasting local food with a visit to a Michelin star restaurant in city of Reims. In the afternoon, we booked a day for wine tasting with our partner Barons De Rotschild, as well as a private musical performance by a duo of a famous cellists.
DAY 10 - Your journey ends!

After a fun-filled 10 days, your magical holiday experience finally comes to an end. France is easily one of the most exciting places to visit, and with our carefully curated activities provided by our top-notch partners, we can be sure that your adventure will certainly beat your expectations.
